Communication skills allow you to understand and be understood by everybody. These skills(umiejętności) are the abilities you use when giving and receiving different kinds of information. Some examples include communicating feelings or what’s happening around you. Communication skills involve listening, speaking, observing, and identifying(identyfikacja). It is also beneficial to know the differences in communicating through face-to-face interactions, phone conversations(rozmowy), and digital communications, like email and social media.

Being able to communicate effectively is perhaps the most critical(krytyczny) and demanding(wymagające) skill of all life skills. It enables us to pass information to other people and understand what is said to us the same way.
